Synopsis

This is one of those songs that just don’t happen very often, and what I mean by that… is I literally started working on it at 9AM on 01/12/2019 and here it is 10:50PM on that very same day… and… well it’s done. 

Most times, I’ll work on an idea, and pick it up week after week, month after month, and sometimes years apart before something truly clicks. 
Distant Visions was not one of those tracks. 
Things seemed to just fall into place early on, and most of the day was just spent tweaking; fine tuning; and getting the mix just where I wanted it. I couldn’t be happier with the result. 

This song marks the beginning of many things. The first song I’ve released in 2019, as well as the first song on what may in fact become, a sequel to The Maestoso Interstellar Suite.
